Fix for invalid table name error message

Problem 

A specific spreadsheet that a user was working on was throwing an error when trying to execute an action: "The table name is not valid".  

This was because the file already had filters applied. Those filters were removed and then applied again. 

Symptoms 

The error message is prompted, as shown below: 

Step-by-step guide 

1. Enter Excellentable server in edit mode 
2. Upload the specific file 
3. Remove the filters 
4. Click on the Data tab 
5. Select Filter 

Expected: The operation should of happened with ease   

Actual: An error message is prompted 

Resolution 

The fix was included when we released version 4.1.2 on 11 Oct 2019.
