Importing Files with Pivot Tables
Importing XSLX
- Save the file from your preferred program
- Open Confluence
- Insert a new Excellentable into your desired Space or open a previously created one in your desired Space
- Select File > Import > Select XLSX file with Pivot Table in it
Importing CSV
- Save the file from your preferred program
- Open Confluence
- Insert a new Excellentable into your desired Space or open a previously created one in your desired Space
- Select File > Import > Select CSV file with Pivot Table in it
Exporting Files with Pivot Tables
Exporting XSLX
- Open Confluence
- Create a new Excellentable in your desired Space or open a previously created one in your desired Space
- Select File > Export > XSLX
- Save file to your desired location
Exporting CSV
- Open Confluence
- Create a new Excellentable in your desired Space or open a previously created one in your desired Space
- Select File > Export > CSV
- Save file to your desired location
Exporting PDF
- Open Confluence
- Create a new Excellentable in your desired Space or open a previously created one in your desired Space
- Select File > Export > PDF
- Save file to your desired location
Exporting HTML
- Open Confluence
- Create a new Excellentable in your desired Space or open a previously created one in your desired Space
- Select File > Export > HTML
- Save file to your desired location
Known Issues
Importing Files with a Pivot Table from Google Sheets
- There is an issue with Importing XLSX files that were Exported from Google Sheets. This is a known error and we are working to fixing the issue.
- Two ways to get around the issue.
- You must open the file in a separate Table Program (Excel, Numbers, etc.) and save it again as an XLSX.
- Export the file from Google Sheets as a file type different than XLSX and Import that file.
