Known Issues

Importing Files with a Pivot Table from Google Sheets

  • There is an issue with Importing XLSX files that were Exported from Google Sheets. This is a known error and we are working to fixing the issue.

    • Two ways to get around the issue.

      1. You must open the file in a separate Table Program (Excel, Numbers, etc.) and save it again as an XLSX.

      2. Export the file from Google Sheets as a file type different than XLSX and Import that file.
