There may be a few instances in which you may encounter the below error:

UUID Migration

  1. Check with your admin if there has been a recent upgrade to Excellentable version 4.2.0 or above. 
  2. If there has been a recent upgrade, please perform a hard reload of your browser.


If a hard reload does not work, an administrator will have to perform steps #3 and #4 outlined in the "For Admins Section" on this page: UUID migration process of Excellentable
