How to create a custom template with Excellentable.

Open Confluence and go to the space that you want to create the custom template with Excellentable and click on "Space Tools" drop-down list.
Click on the "Content Tools" button of the "Space Tools" drop-down list.
Click on "Create New Template" button in the "Space Tools" page.
Name the template and add Excellentable in the template.
Click on the "Save" button of the Confluence page.
The newly created custom template now shows under the "User Created Templates" section in the "Space Tools" page.
