How to share a filter

Edit mode on Confluence page:

1. Go to Excellentable in edit mode on confluence page

2. Apply filter to Excellentable spreadsheet in edit mode

    a. Click on "Data" and apply filter

 3. Filter in edit mode of Excellentable

4. Enter the email, username or group values with whom filter needs to be shared

5. Recipient will receive an email for the shared filter and it can be accessed with the link sent in email

6. Once you click on the link you are able to access the shared filter 

7. If you want to clear filter click on the filter icon 

8. Clearing filter not available when you applied filter in edit mode, if you applied filter in edit mode able to clear filter in edit mode only

As per below screenshot not able to clear filter in view mode which you applied in edit mode

 Clear filter in edit mode you will able to view whole Excellentable sheet

View mode on Confluence Page

1. Go to Excellentable in view mode on confluence page, a user can share the filtered/original Excellentable or even custom filtered by searching values in the searched filed
   
   

   

   
   
   
   
2.  Search the value in search filed and click on the "Share" button

4.  Recipient will receive an email for the shared filter and it can be accessed with the link sent in email

5. Once you click on the link you are able to access the shared filter 
   
   

   

   
   
   
   
   
   
6. If you want to clear filter click on the filter icon

7. After clearing the filter you will be able to view entire Excellentable spreadsheet
